What you need to know.

What it does and what it doesn't

  • The Agent knows links, SITE, posts, files, documents, calendar and connected tools.
  • It may only do what the person may do themselves. You assign the role under Einstellungen → Mitglieder (settings, members).
  • It doesn't read sponsor mails in the Postfach, doesn't buy domains, doesn't move money and doesn't create accounts. It checks up to 25 domains at once.
  • It can make mistakes. Check numbers and texts before you pass them on.

Ask first, then act

  • Without asking: creating short links, writing drafts, saving QR codes, remembering things.
  • Always with confirmation: posts via Buffer, Discord messages, contracts via Documenso, chat commands, links or partners on the SITE, public Twitch FAQ, changing a short link target.
  • The card Wartet auf deine Bestätigung (waiting for your confirmation) has Ausführen (run) and Abbrechen (cancel). Only the person who triggered the action can confirm, and only for 15 minutes.
  • If it has read outside content in an answer, e.g. a website, it asks before every action for the rest of that answer.
  • Under Einstellungen → Logs, Admins and Owners see executed and blocked actions.

Memory

  • “Remember: …” saves, “What do you know about us?” shows it, “Forget …” deletes. There is no separate page for it.
  • The memory belongs to the workspace, the whole team shares it. Chat leeren (clear chat) doesn't delete it.
  • Passwords and logins don't belong in the memory but in SECRETS.

Skills and requests

  • Skills under Agent → Skills teach a procedure or style, but no new tools. Asking first still applies.
  • A skill applies from the next chat on, for the whole workspace.
  • If something is missing, send a request under Funktion anfragen (request a feature). If it gets built, you get 100 Coins.

WhatsApp and Weekly Digest

  • You link WhatsApp under Einstellungen → WhatsApp and confirm with oxom plus the code, within 15 minutes.
  • Via WhatsApp only text, and every message stands on its own. It still knows the memory. You confirm with “yes” or “no”.
  • The Weekly Digest posts to Discord without asking, because entering the channel ID under Einstellungen → Weekly Digest counts as approval.
  • Hide it only for you: Einstellungen → Persönlich (personal). For everyone: Einstellungen → Features.

Practice

Five tasks in the workspace.

Open workspace

Complete the tasks in your workspace and reload this page. The course sees by itself what is done.

  1. Fill the memory

    Have the Agent remember at least three things about the workspace, e.g. stream times, tone and a sponsor. Check with “What do you know about us?”.

  2. Confirm an action

    Ask the Agent to change the target of a short link and confirm the card with Ausführen.

  3. Cancel an action

    Trigger an action that needs confirmation and cancel it with Abbrechen.

  4. A scheduled link on the SITE

    Have the Agent put a link on your SITE for tomorrow at 6 pm and confirm. In the SITE editor it then shows as scheduled.

  5. Link WhatsApp

    Link your number under Einstellungen → WhatsApp and confirm with oxom plus the code.

Exam

Ten questions.
