Data deletion
Delete your data.
Depending on what you use at OXOM, you can do it yourself, through cancellation, or by email.

Free account
Go to My account → Security → “Delete account” to delete it yourself. Removed right away:
- your account, sign-in data and OXOM ID
- your free short links on oxom.link
- your link-in-bio page and your name on oxom.site
- messages sent to you through your page

Workspace
Data in a workspace belongs to the workspace. If you cancel the contract, you can export for 30 days after it ends, then it's deleted. If you're only a member, an admin can remove you from the workspace.

Everything else
No account, for example after a tip, a message or a report, or you'd like a copy of your data: send an email with the subject “Data deletion” and the address it's about. You'll get an answer within one month.

What stays
Not everything can go right away.
- invoices and payment records for up to 10 years, as required by law
- click counts only as daily totals with no link to you
- security logs (audit log) for at most 365 days
